Offering everything from crowns to bridges, to partials, dentures and implant cases. We are digital friendly. Unlike many labs in the Pacific Northwest we are not a cottage operation. We have unlimited capacity to scale with you and we can offer the volume pricing that goes with this.
Partial design is still an art. It takes expertise to make decisions about clasps and frameworks. Some doctors prefer to draw a detailed diagram and have their lab follow their prescriptive diagram exactly. Other doctors prefer to discuss clasp placement and framework design with the lab before signing off. We are experienced at doing both. There is no question that digital is coming into its own for more general cases and we do a lot of digital partials but there is still very much a place for things like metal frameworks that offer superior strength, thinness and thermal conductivity. We will be here to purchase equipment if that changes, but in the meantime, high-end partial design and fabrication requires traditional expertise.
Our lab is highly experienced with implant cases. From Analogs and Scan Bodies to Custom Abutments, we maintain a good relationship with our vendors, as well as a good inventory of harder to source items so that you will be assured of a professional workflow. With us, you can use products from manufacturers like Hiossen, Straumann, Zimmer, Nobel and others. In addition to this, we fabricate our own custom abutments. This is one of the things that makes us truly full-service.
